A practical baseline for registered applications using The New Jersey Courier APIs, feeds or future SDKs.
Your application
You are responsible for your application, users, security, legal notices and lawful basis for any personal data you collect. Accurately name the application when creating a key and notify The New Jersey Courier before materially changing its purpose.
Editorial integrity
Preserve headlines, timestamps, correction labels and source links. Do not alter coverage in a way that reverses meaning, fabricate The New Jersey Courier branding, train models on restricted content without permission or present stale emergency information as current.
Audit and termination
The New Jersey Courier logs key creation, revocation, authorized calls and rate-limit events. We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate misuse and may revoke access. Entity-specific warranties, indemnity, liability and dispute provisions require counsel approval before commercial API access.
